Víno vs. zdraví
O blahodárných účincích vína jsme již četli spousty, léta nám v televizních pořadech přednáší renomovaní lékaři a celosvětově je víno považováno za prakticky dietní alkohol.
Jak je to doopravdy?
Vědci se shodli, že zdraví prospěšnou míru alkoholu neznají, avšak znají míru, která tělu neublíží. Za takovou se považuje 1,5 dcl vína, malé pivo, či malý panák tvrdého alkoholu.
Čím je víno prospěšné?
Víno obsahuje antibiotické a protizánětlivé látky, a proto občasná konzumace vína má pozitivní vliv na kardiovaskulární systém, udržuje cholesterol a po jeho konzumaci dochází k lepšímu trávení.
